Our consultation process is designed to provide a simple and professional way for individuals to discuss their HR concerns.

1. Requesting a Consultation

To request a consultation, complete the HR Tag Team consultation questionnaire.

The questionnaire helps us understand:

• Who you are

• Your organization

• Your HR concern

• The type of support you are seeking

• The urgency of your situation

2. Consultation Fee

Consultation Fee: $50

Consultation Length: 30 minutes

Payment is required before a consultation is scheduled unless otherwise agreed.

3. What the Consultation Includes

A consultation may include:

• Review of information submitted through the questionnaire

• Discussion of your HR concern

• General HR guidance

• Issue spotting

• Identification of potential HR considerations

• Discussion of possible next steps

• Discussion of additional HR services that may be appropriate

4. What the Consultation Does Not Include

The consultation does not automatically include:

• Legal advice

• Legal representation

• Litigation

• Formal legal opinions

• Guaranteed investigation findings

• Guaranteed employment outcomes

• Ongoing consulting services

Additional services may require a separate agreement.

5. Attorney Involvement

If your situation involves an active lawsuit, legal claim, demand letter, agency proceeding, or another matter requiring legal advice, HR Tag Team may recommend that you consult qualified legal counsel.

6. Client Information

Clients should provide accurate information during the consultation process.

If circumstances change after the consultation request is submitted, please notify HR Tag Team.
